Each product is uniquely handcrafted by our master artisans, and once sold, we're unable to take a return or exchange on the product(s).
You can choose to cancel your order before it's dispatched from our warehouse. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org . If your request is accepted, your money will be credited to your bank account used at the time of purchase. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will only be credited for the original order value.
Return/ refund for damaged or incorrect products
If you've received an incorrect or a damaged product(s), then please get in touch with us at email@example.com or call us at 7371047865 within 7 business days of receipt of the product(s).
We will do our best to replace your product(s) if you'd like a replacement or fully refund your order value to your account. However, please note that replacements are subject to the availability of stock. The product(s) should be unused and returned in the same condition as received, in its original packing along with the tags intact.
The return/ exchange of your purchased product(s) shall be carried out by our logistics partners and we will provide you the pickup details. The credit process will be initiated once we have received and assessed the product(s). Account credit is typically processed in less than 10 business days.
