Shipping and Delivery Timelines

 Once your order is confirmed, it is usually dispatched within 3-4 business days for products in stock. Custom-made orders may take up to 30 days for us to design and dispatch.

Once a purchased product(s) is successfully dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email confirmation which includes a shipment tracking number. You can get real-time delivery updates by using the tracking number on our logistics partner  Delhivery's website  (www.delhivery.com/)

Under normal circumstances, products are delivered within 5-7 days of dispatch. However, in line with the government's guidelines for your region or other COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, please expect delays in delivery. While we along with our logistic partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances shall be proactively communicated to you via your registered email account and/or mobile number.

 

Delivery Charges and Service Availability

We are currently offering free shipping all over India on all orders. Please ensure that you provide correct, complete, and accurate shipping address details along with landmarks, if any, to aid timely delivery. The customer shall be liable for any failure in the delivery of the purchased product(s) arising out of their failure to provide correct, complete, and/or accurate information. Any specific delivery instructions (i.e. 'if out, leave with neighbor' or 'round back of house' etc) should be communicated to us via email at shilpgram.online@gmail.com. Any additional charges incurred due to a failed delivery caused by a lack of clear delivery instructions will have to be borne by the customer.

 We are currently shipping to all major cities and towns in India. Please reach out to us at shilpgram.online@gmail.com if you would prefer to confirm whether deliveries are currently carried out in your area at the time of placing your order. If you are located in an area that is not within the delivery network recognized by our logistics partner, we may not be able to process your order at this time.
